Non-consultancy services
The business has adopted a non-consultancy approach to capacitate organisations with the relevant skills and training interventions. Once they have been capacitated on relevant management system standards, we assess competency through workplace assignments related to these interventions.
We start by conducting a gap assessment to establish the state of the organisation’s management system with relevant South African National Standard. Then the outcome of the gap assessment will assist SABS Consultants to develop a customised skills and capacity development program called Work Integrated Learning (W.I.L) for the organisation.
