Consultancy (implementation) approach

This is as a hands-on approach (implementation approach) whereby SABS consultants work with the organisations to facilitate the implementation of the required management systems from start until the end.

The SABS Consultants known as Implementers will facilitate the stages of the implementation phases. They will provide the organisations with the advisory services, specialized knowledge, skills, and experience in the design and development journey to ensure the developed management system is aligned with the business and strategic objectives.

Consultancy also ensures that the knowledge necessary to manage the implemented systems are imparted to the incumbents whose organization we are implementing for. This knowledge is imparted through training and practice of the requirements of the system that the client requires. We specialize, but are not limited to, these management systems:

  • Occupational Health and Safety management system

  • Laboratory Management system

Impartiality Management

Regulatory requirements of consulting that we observe as part of a Conformity Assessment Body are a cooling period of two years before certification of the implemented system can be conducted by our Conformity Assessment Body (SABS Commercial). This is to manage impartiality matters as per ISO 17021:2015 requirements.
